Corporate governance
CFlo's board blends promoter commitment with independent oversight. Glen Curry, an industry-leading maritime and infrastructure consultant with over 26 years of international experience, serves as Chairman and Independent Director. PB Sunil Kumar, with 25 years across GE Capital, ICICI Bank and Tata Finance, is an Independent Director.
Co-founders Enda Ivanoff and Brendan McGurgan previously helped build a global wet processing brand; Brendan scaled it to £100m revenue and 700 employees, earning UK Director of the Year in 2016. Today Enda serves as Regional CEO of CFlo Europe Limited and Brendan as a Non-Executive Director. Gunjan Bhartia, formerly CFO and SVP of Commercial Finance at GE South Asia, and Rajni Bhartia, who leads the group's CSR initiatives, complete the non-executive bench.
Governance infrastructure includes formal board committees, a Company Secretary overseeing compliance, regulatory affairs and legal matters, and the CFlo Code of Conduct, the foundation of our commitment to integrity, guiding our workforce, suppliers and business partners worldwide.

Founded in 2006 with five people and $200,000, CFlo has grown into a group with 500+ installations across 18 countries, patents in 16 countries and manufacturing certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Doctor Sand, the group's sand and aggregates platform established in 2021, turned EBITDA positive in 2023.
The group reports ESG performance annually under GRI Standards and scored in the 94th percentile in the S&P DJSI assessment for FY 21-22. CFlo achieved Net Zero status in 2025 and was certified as a Great Place to Work the same year.

Real problems require foresight and commitment. We believe it is our collective duty to make the planet greener and better to live in, and each year our CSR work aims to touch as many lives as possible. Key focus areas:

- Skill development: accelerating technical and vocational training for better livelihoods, with a goal of empowering 1,600 youth
